Bukkake is a late-night gay cruise bar in Sitges. It has well-maintained facilities including a small maze, private cabins and a sling. Come on a Sunday night and you might get treated to a hot strip show.

Man Bar (at Club XXL) is a gay cruise bar with a dark room and play zone in the back.
Man Bar's industrial styling with chains, metal bars and discreet lighting creates a dark and cruisy atmosphere. Open from June through October, it's one of the busiest cruise bars in the city. There is a dress code, usually leather, rubber, or military, so be prepared if you plan on visiting.

PEP treatment can be obtained from Hospital Sant Camil located at Carretera de Puigmoltó in Sant Pere De Ribes, about 7 km from Sitges (open 24 hours).
