Bares de Hospedagem em Sunee Plaza

Boyztown dominates the gay scene in Pattaya, but the Sunee Plaza deserves to be visited more. I saw one comment that it was dark and they did not feel safe. It is not like that. I visited and it felt very safe. However, there were not many visitors and it felt like the venues were struggling to keep going. The places I visited were very friendly and much cheaper than the boyztown area. Go there, enjoy and keep the area economically viable!

Sunny Plaza still have some very good bars. Guys and staff still works very good, struggling to survive. Definitely still the best guys in Pattaya - but, nobody care about it. Once Plaza had have a very good and fair informator named Nicky. Since he dont have his www page anymore, all information about this awesome, vitaly place going down. Nowhere even news about reopening some nice bars - like Eden yesterday!

I've visited this bar on many occasion the owner is a fun guy.. Serves amazing European food. His staff are very beautiful and friendly. But a very special thank you always goes to the guy named Win. He is stunning with an amazing physique. He speaks better English than most and will help translate for the others.. Mention my name, Shaun. haha You won't be disappointed.

The off fee Richard mentions is nothing like 1500 baht. It should be no more than 400 baht in any bar in Sunee plaza. The guys tip is up to you and is usually 1000 short time and 1500 long time.

The word "boy" shows up in boy bars everywhere in Thailand, not just Sunee. Just a few blocks away from Sunee is "Boyztown" which has "Boyz Boyz Boyz", "Dream Boys"... And in Silom/Bangkok there is "Classic Boys", "X-Boys", "Fresh Boys". In the past, Sunee had a big problem with underage boys. But after the much hyped police crackdown around March 2013, it's been much cleaned up. Sure - check ID and use common sense. But I have been travelling to Pattaya/Sunee Plaza for over 3 years and I have never heard of any guy who got in trouble by "following the rules". If you find a guy in an established "boy bar", and your hotel checks the ID before letting the guy into your room, you are probably OK. Sunee Tips - during the day, check out gay Dongtan Beach (the gay area of Jomtien Beach). Wonderful place to wile away the afternoon and have some drinks and food brought to your comfy chair under an umbrella (but probably not good to swim in the water). For breakfast - TwoGuys Guesthouse or Sanong's. For lunch - many French Restaurants on Soi Day/Night by Tukcom mall. For dinner - Little Mango just closed, so Sanong's or the Italian restaurant close by. For latest news - see Mario - who operates Ting Tong Red. Also - if you stay in the gay Elephant Plaza Hotel, you have privileges for the pool at Marina Inn across the street. In general - many of the guys are nice, and you will have a good time. But going "off" fee to take guy out of bar is 1,500 Baht.

Eros GoGo Bar is the best in Sunee plaza. Nice friendly guys, polite and a lot of fun.
