    Opened in 2016, HERO Bar is a gay bar located about a 10-minute walk from The Red House gay village and the Ximen station.

    HERO also serves food and features live DJ and a dance floor, with a bonus cruise area on the upper floors. It gets busy on the weekends but great vibes all around.

    An underrated bar in Taipei

    I was here at the night of Taipei Gay Pride. The place is electrified. Good crowd. Staff were attentive and helpful. Alex, the owner, mixed their signature cocktail “traveling round the world” and boy, I was all over the world. :-)

    Small size big fun

    A small bar on the second floor of a shop house. A sign is well lit and easy to find from the street. Friendly staffs and good looking crowd (I went during pride weekend). The 3rd and 4th floor were hot and cruisy.
