Bar Monalisa

I and my husband attended this establishment on Friday, and we had a wonderful experience with all the staff. Therefore, we returned on Saturday; however, on Saturday we had a terrible customer service experience, as the three girls (Susana, Delfina, and Maria) made us feel very unwelcome. I was pushed by one of them (twice), the other one made unwelcoming remarks, and the other one behind the bar keep giving me the dirty look and keep ignoring me while I was trying to order a drink. Before we left the establishment on Saturday, we pulled the owners to the side and told them about our experience, and I have to say that the owners were very concern about our experience and listened to our concerns. We are very saddened for our Saturday experience, as we will not return to this establishment due to unwelcoming experience we had. I hope the necessary actions are taken upon Susana, Delfina, and Maria, so other clients do not have our same experience.
