High-rise boutique hotel in central Hong Kong, close to Sheung Wan MTR. The ever-popular FLM gay bar is nearby. The area has a fabulous choice of restaurants, designer shops and cool (straight) bars.

Each guest room at The Mercer features a flat screen TV, a very comfortable bed (we've tried it!), BOSE sound system, iPhone dock, very fast WiFi and free minibar.

The suites have a lounge/kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine and microwave oven. The hotel serves a Continental-style buffet breakfast.

Citadines Mercer

Just completed a three night stay here based on what I read on Travel Gay Asia. Excellent location next door to Zoo Bar and just a few steps from Volume. MTR station just a couple of minutes away. Excellent apartment style accommodation. Breakfast a bit limited, but there are plenty of places to get something more substantial nearby. Helpful guy on reception. Will be back again.
