The great-value Bougainvillier enjoys excellent Mekong riverside location, near the markets, cafés, National Museum and Grand Palace. Blue Chilli gay bar and Bodia Spa are within walking distance.
Each comfortably furnished, air-conditioned room has a good-sized bathroom, free WiFi and TV. The bar is a great place to chill out enjoy the river view. The hotel restaurant serves a fusion menu of some good Royal Khmer and French cuisine.
It's worth noting that the bedrooms are spread over 3 floors reached by a stairway (with no lift).
