Eichstätt is a small town in the German region of Bavaria. It's a very striking, very Bavarian town.
The noble bishops of Eichstätt ruled over the town for much of its history. Visit the Baroque square and the Residenzplatz palace. You can also visit Willibaldsburg Castle.
